At DFOURON, we strive to ensure that you and your child love every product you receive.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order ID) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale

Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • In case of our error, we will bear the return shipping cost
